Return and Refund Policy 

Return: We offer a 30 day return and refund policy. For up to 30 days after your purchased date you may return your SimpliFLY for a full refund minus any and all shipping costs. The SimpliFLY must not be damaged and in sellable condition. After 30 days and up to 60 days from your purchase date you may return your SimpliFLY, however there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund and any and all shipping costs will not be refunded. After 60 days from your date of purchase your SimpliFLY is not returnable. 

Refund: If your SimpliFLY is returned undamaged and postmarked as shipped to us within 30 days of your purchase date, then we will refund the entire amount of your purchase minus shipping cost. Your refund will be made to the method of payment used to make your purchase. Returns made within 30 to 60 days after your purchase date will have a 15% restocking fee deducted from the return. We do not accept returns after 60 days.
